Oslo Børs, in capacity as take-over supervisory authority, has approved the offer set out in the offer document dated 26 October 2023 in respect of:

Mandatory offer to acquire the shares in Q-Free ASA made by Juniper Holdco AS

Offer price: NOK 12 per share

Offer period: From and including 27 October 2023 to 16:30 hours (CET) on 24 November 2023 (subject to extension)
