Q-FREE - ATMS ORDER IN THE US - NOK 15 MILLION

Q-FREE - ATMS ORDER IN THE US - NOK 15 MILLION

Trondheim/Oslo 8 January 2015: Q-Free Open Roads has been awarded an Advanced

Transportation Management Systems (ATMS) contract in the US at a value of NOK 15

million for West Virginia Division of Highways (WVDOH). The contract duration is

to December 2016.

-We are proud to see WVDOH continues to retain Q-Free Open Roads who deployed

the initial statewide ATMS - the backbone of the West Virginia ITS program since

2008, says CEO Thomas Falck in Q-Free.

The collaborative effort between Q-Free Open Roads and WVDOH has resulted in

West Virginia becoming a US national leader in ITS with many successful

initiatives.

-Statewide 511 Travelers Information - "Know Before You Go" travelers

information web site, "Drive Safe" mobile application, and an Interactive Voice

Response (IVR) telephone system.

-More than twenty police 911 system integrations providing "real time" incident

information.

-Video Analytics, providing automatic incident detection reducing the workload

of operators.

-Truck Parking Guidance that incorporates the Q-Free TCS parking technology

giving the Trucking Industry "real-time" access to available rest area truck

parking.

-Automated Incident Management providing operators recommended incident response

plans per a Rules Based Engine specifically configured to follow standard

procedures.
