Q-Free: Mandatory notification of trade

(Oslo 29 March 2022) Håkon Volldal, President & CEO of Q-Free ASA, has today

bought 18,293 shares in Q-Free ASA at an average price of NOK 7.50 per share.

The shares were acquired through Bright Future AS, a company controlled by

Volldal. Following this transaction Volldal controls 243,293 shares in Q-Free

ASA.
