Q-Free: Mandatory notification of trade by primary insider

(Oslo, 12 February 2021) Geir Bjørlo, member of the Board of directors of Q-Free

ASA, has today acquired 47,146 shares in Q-Free ASA at an average price of NOK

5.45 per share. The shares were acquired through Illuminator AS, a company

controlled by Bjørlo. Following the transaction, Bjørlo controls 117,146 shares

in Q-Free ASA.
