Q-Free: Mandatory notification of trade by primary insider

(Oslo, 29 November 2021) Trond Christensen, CFO of Q-Free ASA, has today

acquired 12,000 shares in Q-Free ASA at an average price of NOK 8.08 per share.

The shares were acquired through T Christensen AS, a company controlled by

Christensen. Following the transaction, Christensen controls 12,000 shares in Q

-Free ASA.
