Mandatory notification of trade by primary insider

(Oslo, 28 May 2020) Geir Bjørlo, member of the Board of directors of Q-Free ASA,

has today acquired 70 000 shares in Q-Free ASA at an average price of NOK 3.95

per share. The shares were acquired through Illuminator AS, a company controlled

by Bjørlo.

Following the transaction, Bjørlo controls 70 000 shares in Q-Free ASA.
