Håkon Volldal, President & CEO of Q-Free ASA, has today acquired 71,171 shares

in Q-Free ASA at an average price of NOK 4.063 per share. The shares were

acquired through Bright Future AS, a company fully controlled by Volldal.

Following the transaction, Volldal controls 225,000 shares in Q-Free ASA.
