investment company, Bright Future AS, today purchased 100,000 shares in Q-Free

ASA at an average price of NOK 8.50 per share. Volldal controls 100,000 shares

and holds 630,828 share options in Q-Free ASA after the transaction.

CFO of Q-Free ASA, Roar Østbø, has today purchased 12,000 shares in Q-Free ASA

at an average price of NOK 8,50. Østbø owns 150,000 shares in Q-Free ASA after

the transaction.
