Q-Free: Trond Christensen appointed permanent CFO

(Oslo, 4 March 2021) Q-Free ASA has appointed Trond Christensen as its permanent

CFO. Christensen has served as interim CFO since November 2019.

"We are very pleased to announce the appointment of Trond Christensen as our

permanent CFO. He has an outstanding track record as CFO and was instrumental in

the successful restructuring and refinancing of Q-Free during 2020. Trond

combines deep financial knowledge with strong business acumen and considerably

strengthens Q-Free's senior leadership team," says Håkon Volldal, President and

CEO of Q-Free.

Trond Christensen is a state authorized public accountant with more than 10

years of experience as CFO/CEO. His past work experience includes companies such

as Jotun, Komplett, Brubakken, and Leonhard Nilsen & Sønner. Christensen is a

Siviløkonom (four-year program in economics and business administration) from

the Norwegian Business School BI, and holds a Master's degree in accounting from

the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) in Norway. Christensen is a Norwegian

citizen based in Trondheim and Oslo, Norway.
