Publication of Annual Report and Financial Statements

and Notice of Annual General Meeting

PZ Cussons plc (the 'Group') announces that it will today publish and post (or otherwise make available) to shareholders its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 May 2022 ('Annual Report'), together with its 2022 Notice of Annual General Meeting ('Notice of Meeting') and form of proxy.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 1 and DTR 6.3.5R (1A), copies of the Notice of Meeting and Annual Report have been submitted in unedited full text  to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism and on the Group's website at https://www.pzcussons.com.

The Group's 2022 Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will be held at 3500 Aviator Way, Manchester M22 5TG on Thursday 24 November 2022 at 10:30am.

Questions may also be submitted in advance by email. We expect to make a recording available following the AGM. Further details are set out in the Notice of Meeting and on the Group's website.
