Publication of Annual Report and Accounts / Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Group announces that it will today publish and post (or otherwise make available) to shareholders its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 May 2019 ('Annual Report'), together with its 2019 Notice of Annual General Meeting ('AGM Notice') and form of proxy.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 copies of the AGM Notice and Annual Report have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM and on the Group's website, www.pzcussons.com.  

The Group's 2019 Annual General Meeting will be held at Manchester Business Park, 3500 Aviator Way, Manchester, M22 5TG on Wednesday 25 September 2019 at 10:30 hours.
