PZ Cussons Plc (the 'Company')

Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

On 29 August 2017 the following Directors of the Company were granted conditional awards ('Awards') under the PZ Cussons Senior Executive Annual Bonus Scheme to acquire the following numbers of ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company as set out below. The award will ordinarily vest on the third anniversary of grant conditional only upon the Participant's continued employment at that time but subject always to the rules of the Scheme. The notifications are made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
