PZ Cussons plc (the Company or Group) announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 May 2023 (2023 Annual Report and Accounts), Notice of Annual General Meeting 2023 (Notice of AGM) and Form of Proxy are being posted shortly to shareholders.

Copies of the 2023 Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of AGM are available on the Company's website www.pzcussons.com.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 and DTR 6.3.5R (1A), copies of the 2023 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM have been submitted in unedited full text  (and for the 2023 Annual Report, structured electronic format) to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism and on the Group's website at https://www.pzcussons.com.

The Company's 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at 3500 Aviator Way, Manchester M22 5TG on Thursday 23 November 2023 at 10:30am.
