Sale of Polish Home Care brands

PZ Cussons Plc, a leading consumer products group in Europe, Asia and Africa, announces that, following clearance by the merger control authorities in Poland and the Ukraine, the sale of its local Polish Home Care brands to Henkel will complete shortly. As announced last year, PZ Cussons will receive cash consideration of £46.6m for the brands.

A further announcement will be made once formal completion has taken place.
