The Company announces that it received notification today, from Richard Harvey, Chairman of the Company, that he had purchased 3,413 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (0.001% of the shares in issue). The shares were purchased at a price of £3.625 per share on 30 September 2016. Mr Harvey's purchase of shares was pursuant to a trading plan established in September 2014. Following this dealing, Mr Harvey (and his wife) holds 98,893 shares in the Company representing 0.023% of the shares in issue.
