NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS 

The Company announces that it has today received notification, in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R and paragraph 26 of the Model Code, from Caroline Silver, a non-executive director of the Company, that she has purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (0.002% of the shares in issue). The shares were purchased at a price of 333.15 pence per share on 01 September 2016.  

Mrs Silver now holds 10,000 shares in the Company representing 0.002% of the shares in issue.
