PZ Cussons Plc (the "Company")

NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS 

The Company announces that it received notification today, in accordance  with DTR 3.1.2R and paragraph 26 of the Model Code, from Richard Harvey, Chairman of the Company, that he had purchased 4,300 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (0.001% of the shares in issue). The shares were purchased at a price of £2.896 per share on 31 December 2015.  

Mr Harvey's purchase of shares was pursuant to a trading plan established in September 2014 in accordance with paragraphs 23 - 25 of the Model Code. Following this dealing, Mr Harvey (and his wife) holds 87,543 shares in the Company representing 0.019% of the shares in issue.  

No new shares have been issued in respect of the dealing above.
