NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

The Company announces that it received notification on 12 February 2015, from Brandon Howard Leigh, Executive Director of the Company, that he had purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (0.002% of the shares in issue). The shares were purchased at a price of £3.127 per share on 12 February 2015. Following this dealing Brandon Howard Leigh's total holding is 128,297 shares in the Company representing 0.030% of the shares in issue.

No new shares have been issued in respect of the dealing above.
