The Company announces that it received notification on 27 August 2014, from Brandon Howard Leigh, Executive Director of the Company, that he had purchased 18,069 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (0.004% of the shares in issue). The shares were purchased at a price of 371p per share on 27 August 2014.
