This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a).     

On 23 January 2014 Mrs C Doyle-Heffernan, a PDMR, was granted a conditional award ('Award') under the PZ Cussons Performance Share Plan to acquire 26,076 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company.  

The Award will ordinarily vest at nil cost on the third anniversary of grant subject to the grantee's continued employment and the attainment of performance targets. No consideration is payable in respect of the grant of the Award.
