BOARD CHANGE

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11R, PZ Cussons plc ("PZ Cussons") announces that Jeremy Townsend, Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee, has advised PZ Cussons that he will step down from the Board with effect from 28 February 2024 in order to reduce his non-executive commitments.

Commenting on Jeremy's departure, David Tyler, Chair of the Board said:

"Jeremy has been a very strong and effective Director and Audit Chair at PZ Cussons and so we regret his decision to stand down. However, we understand his need to focus on his executive responsibilities now and we wish him every success for the future."
