Appointment of Non Executive Director

PZ Cussons plc ("PZ Cussons") is pleased to announce that Valeria Juarez will join the Board as a Non Executive Director with effect from 22 September 2021.

Ms. Juarez is an experienced branded consumer goods and e-commerce leader and is currently the Senior Vice President Digital Commerce International at Ralph Lauren. She has previously held senior roles in Amazon, Diageo and Proctor & Gamble.
