Non-executive Directors

PZ Cussons Plc announces the reappointment of Professor John Arnold as a Non-executive Director for an additional one year term with effect from 1 January 2016. Professor Arnold's third term expires on 31 December 2015 but, in order to maintain an appropriate balance of skills and experience on the Board, the Company wishes to extend this for an additional period.

With effect from 1 January 2016, Caroline Silver, who joined the Board in April 2014, will be appointed Senior Independent Director and will chair the Audit Committee.
