Change to the Board of Directors

Appointment of a new Non-executive Director

PZ Cussons plc ("PZ Cussons" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that Caroline Silver will join the Board as a Non-executive Director on 1 April 2014.

Caroline is Partner and Managing Director at Moelis & Co, the global investment bank. A chartered accountant, she has worked within the investment banking sector for over 25 years and has previously held a number of senior corporate finance and M&A positions at Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch. She has a wealth of international experience, including substantial exposure to a number of African markets, and is regularly cited as one of the leading businesswomen in the UK.  

Richard Harvey, Chairman of PZ Cussons, said:

During her highly successful career, she has been involved in many of the most high profile and complex deals and has gained experience of doing business in a number of the Group's markets.
