INTENTION TO CONDUCT AUDIT TENDER

As announced in the Annual Report for the year ended 31 May 2022 and in accordance with the requirements of the UK Corporate Governance Code, PZ Cussons plc ("the Company") is commencing a tender process for the role of external auditor for the financial year ending 31 May 2024. The audit tender process will be overseen by the Group Audit and Risk Committee and is expected to conclude in the coming months, with a resolution proposing the appointment of the selected firm being put to shareholders at the appropriate Annual General Meeting.  The Company's current external auditor is Deloitte LLP, appointed with effect from 1 June 2017.
