Pyrum hereby clarifies the procedure for proxy voting instructions by VPS shareholders.

As the custodian chain needs to be followed, VPS shareholders have to send their proxy voting instructions via PDF file to DNB Bank ASA, to guarantee that voting instructions can be accepted under German law.

The VPS shareholders must send their proxy voting instructions as PDF file to DNB Bank ASA immediately, but not later than 1 July 2022 – 12 noon (CEST) to the following e-mail address:

vote@dnb.no
