Reference is made to the latest capital increase with subscription rights from Pyrum Innovations AG ("Pyrum" or the "Company").
In connection with the capital increase, Jürgen Franz Opitz, a primary insider and member of the Company's supervisory board, has been allocated and has subscribed 1,208 new shares at a price of EUR 27.50 per share.
