Pyramid Technoplast Accelerates Growth - Acquires land in Palghar District of Maharashtra for setting up new manufacturing Unit.

Acquired new manufacturing Unit is estimated to have a total revenue potential of INR 400 Cr p.a. at 5x asset turns once the plant reaches full capacity utilization.

Pyramid Technoplast Ltd. (BSE Code: 543969 NSE Code: PYRAMID), a leading player in the industrial packaging sector, renowned for its expertise across products like Polymer Drums, Mild Steel (MS) Drums, and Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBC), has made a significant stride in its expansion strategy. The Company today proudly announces that the company has signed an MoU for acquisition of ~10 acres of land on an outright basis at a value of INR 12 Crores in Wada, Palghar district, within the Konkan division of Maharashtra, India.

This strategic decision is pivotal to the Company's effort towards increasing the production capacity across Polymer Drums and Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBC) segments & MS Drums. Strategy behind starting this unit is to diversify business into other states and also to cater the area in cost efficient way. The Company anticipates an annual revenue potential of approximately INR 400 Crores upon achieving full capacity utilization. The strategic placement of the site near clients underlines the company's dedication to quality, efficiency, and timely client servicing.

Implementation of the new unit will be done in three phases over the next 4-5 years. Capex of INR 40-45 Crores is expected to be incurred (inclusive of land purchase) in Phase 1, details are below:
