Notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)

This notice is given by PYC Therapeutics Limited ACN 098 391 961 (ASX:PYC) ( PYC ) under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Corporations Act ).

On 22 October 2020, PYC announced the successful completion of a share placement to raise approximately A$5 million ( Institutional Placement ). PYC has today issued 29,411,765 fully paid ordinary shares in PYC at an issue price of A$0.17 per share under the Placement ( New Shares ).

PYC advises that:

• (a) the New Shares will be offered without disclosure under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act;

• (b) this notice is being given under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act;

• (c) as at the date of this notice, PYC has complied with:

  • (i) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to PYC; and

  • (ii) section 674 of the Corporations Act;

• (d) as at the date of this notice, there is no “excluded information” of the type referred to in sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Corporations Act, which is required to be set out in this notice under section 708A(6)(e) of the Corporations Act.
