Non-Renounceable Entitlement Issue – Extension of Closing Date

Phylogica Limited refers to the Entitlement Issue which opened on 14[th] July 2015 and advises that the Closing Date of the Issue has been extended until Friday 31[st] July 2015.

The revised timetable estimated for the remainder of the Issue is set out below.
