TRADING HALT
The securities of Phylogica Limited (the "Company") will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday 14 December 2011 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Phylogica Limited ACN 098 391 961 (Company) (ASX Codes: PYC / PYCOA) requests an immediate trading halt be placed on its securities pending an announcement regarding a proposed capital raising.
Phylogica can see no reason why a trading halt should not be granted. The Company's securities are to remain in the trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on 14 December 2011 or when the announcement regarding the proposed capital raising is released to the market.
