CORPORATE CHANGES
Phylogica Limited (ASX: PYC) announces the following changes:
Company Secretary
Greg MacMillan has resigned as Company secretary due to pressure of his other responsibilities. He departs after the recent successful capital raise and is leaving the company in good financial health. Dr Doug Wilson, Chairman of the Board of Phylogica, said we were sorry to lose Greg but accept his other pressures have placed many demands in his time but we have valued his advice and guidance.
Mr Graeme Boden has had many years’ experience as company secretary for many private and ASX companies and we welcome him to the team.
