Further, in accordance with our intimation dated December 26, 2024, trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2024, in terms of the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders.
