S.NO	REASONS FOR CHANGE
1	It was necessary to adopt the altered set of AOA of the Company to re-alignthe Company’s internal management and policies with the terms andconditions as mentioned in the debenture trust deed . During this exercise ofamendment of existing articles and insertion of certain new articles,chronological serial numbers of the articles of the AOA have also beenchanged and renumbered where necessary.
2	The Board of Directors at its Meeting held today (i.e.31 March 2025)approved the amended AOA, subject to the approval of the Members of theCompany
