Pursuant to Regulation of 30, and other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 ("LODR"), we wish to inform you that, the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on July 10, 2021 have inter-alia:
- Approved the appointment of Mr. Subramanian Parameswaran (DIN 09138856), as an Additional Director under the category of Non-Executive and Non — Independent Director of the carter with effect from July 10, 2021.
