Share Buy-Back Programme 2024/25 – 5th Interim Report

Wettenberg, 30 December 2024 – In the period from 23 December 2024 up to and including 27 December 2024, a number of 26.012 shares were acquired under the Share Buy-Back Programme 2024/25, the commencement of which was announced on 22 November 2024 024 in accordance with Article 5 (1) (a) of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 and Article 2 (1) (b) to (d) of Delegated Regulation (EU) No. 2016/1052.

The number of shares repurchased each day and the daily volume-weighted average prices are as follows:
