Puuilo's Report by the Board of Directors and Financial Statements 2022 has been published

PUUILO PLC, STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE, 20 APRIL 2023 at 09:00 AM (EET)

Puuilo has today published its Report by the Board of Directors and financial statements, Corporate Governance Report and Sustainability Report 2022 in Finnish and English. The financial statements include the consolidated financial statements and the parent company's financial statements. The review of non-financial information is included in the Report by the Board of Directors. The Corporate Governance report comprises the Corporate Governance Statement and the Remuneration Report.

Puuilo also provides an XHTML financial review complying with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements. In line with the ESEF requirements, the primary financial statements have been labelled with XBRL tags. Notes to financial statements have been labelled with XBRL block tags. The firm of authorised public accountants PricewaterhouseCoopers Ltd has provided an independent auditor's reasonable assurance report on Puuilo's Finnishlanguage ESEF financial statements in accordance with ISAE 3000 (revised).
