Puuilo Plc: Financial reporting and Annual General Meeting in 2024

PUUILO PLC, STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE, 13 SEPTEMBER 2023 AT 8.45 am EET 

Puuilo Plc's financial year starts on 1 February and ends on 31 January the following year. The company will publish financial reports in 2024 as follows:

Financial Statements Release 2023 (February 2023 – January 2024)   on 27 March 2024

Business review Q1 February – April 2024                                           on 12 June 2024

Half-year Financial Report February – July 2024                                 on 12 September 2024

Business review Q3 February – October 2024                                      on 11 December 2024

The Financial statements 2023 and the Report by the Board of Directors will be published during week 16. 

Puuilo’s Annual General Meeting is planned for Wednesday 15 May 2024. The meeting will be convened by the company's Board of Directors separately at a later date.
