Puuilo Plc: Financial reporting and Annual General Meeting in 2023

Puuilo Plc's financial year starts on 1 February and ends on 31 January the following year. The company will publish financial reports in 2023 as follows:

Financial statements release FY2022 (February 2022-January 2023) Thu 30 March 2023 Business review Q1 (February-April 2023) Wed 14 June 2023 Half-year financial report Q2 / H1 (February-July 2023) Thu 14 September 2023 Business review Q3 (February-October 2023) Thu 14 December 2023

The Financial statements 2022 and the Report by the Board of Directors and will be published during week 16.

Puuilo's Annual General Meeting is planned for Tuesday 16, May 2023. The meeting will be convened by the company's Board of Directors separately at a later date.
