Puuilo Plc (the "Company") has today received a notification in accordance with the Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Market Act from Evli Plc, according to which Evli Rahastoyhtiöt Ltd’s ("Evli") (100% owned by Evli Plc) direct holding of the shares and votes of the Company has decreased below 5 percent and is 4.94%.
