Puuilo has received a notification in accordance with Chapter 9, Section 6 and 7 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act.

According to the notification, the The Capital Group Companies, Inc.'s total indirect holdings in shares has increased above the threshold of 10% on August 29, 2022 and is now 10.03% of all of the registered shares in Puuilo.
