Date of Annual General Meeting and Closing Date for Director Nominations

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, the Board of Pursuit Minerals Limited ( ASX:PUR , “Pursuit” or the “Company” ) advises that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on 28 November 2023.

A formal notice in respect of the Annual General Meeting is being prepared by the Company and will be announced with a link to the formal notice and proxy form to be provided to Shareholders when published in the coming weeks.

An item of business at the Annual General Meeting will be the election of Directors. The closing date for the receipt of any nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director is 16 October 2023 (the “Closing Date”). Nominations must be received no later than 5:00pm (AEST) on the Closing Date at the Company’s registered office or via email.
