Pursuit Minerals Limited advises that, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, its Annual General Meeting will be delayed to 31 January 2022.
An item of business at the AGM will be the re-election and appointment of directors. In accordance with clause 14.3 of the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is 20 December 2021.
Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5:00pm (WST) on 20 December 2021.
