Notice of Option Grant to Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

PureTech Health plc discloses the following grant to Michael MacLean, its newly hired CFO & Executive Vice President, of an Option to purchase Ordinary Shares pursuant to its Performance Share Plan as detailed below:

The Option will become exercisable as to 25% of the underlying shares (39,836 shares) on 17 September 2016 and as to the remaining shares in equal tranches of 19,918 shares on the last day of each six month period following 29 September 2016 through to the fourth anniversary of 17 September 2016.

This disclosure relates to notification of transactions in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R and is given in fulfillment of the obligation under DTR 3.1.4R.
