Pureprofile Limited appoints new Non-Executive Director.

Pureprofile Limited (ASX: PPL or the Company ) is pleased to advise the appointment of Tim Hannon as a new Non- Executive Director to the company’s board, effective 1 January 2022.

Pureprofile is expanding its board of directors in anticipation of its global expansion and to meet the growing demands of the Company's customer and revenue growth.

Tim brings with him experience in banking and finance, including experience in mergers & acquisitions and capital markets within senior management roles across the private sector.

"Tim's vast management and banking sector experience will strengthen the Board's current abilities and expertise," stated Andrew Edwards, Non-Executive Chairman. “He will work with the board and executive team in the evolution of Pureprofile as we continue to deliver upon our global expansion objectives.”

Tim is currently a principal of Conrad Capital Group, a corporate advisory, and funds management group.

Tim has 25 years’ experience in the investment and securities markets. He was a former partner of Goldman Sachs where he enjoyed an 18-year tenure, holding roles such as Head of Australian Equities, Head of Real Estate and Co-Manager of Global Real Estate Securities portfolios. He was also founder and co-manager of the Goldman Sachs Australian Infrastructure Securities Fund, and comanager of the award-winning Goldman Sachs Emerging Leaders Fund. Mr Hannon holds a Bachelor of Economics, Postgraduate Finance qualifications and an MBA from Melbourne Business School.
