Date of AGM and Closing Date for Director Nominations

Pure Resources Limited (“ Pure ” or “ Company ”) advises, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, that its Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) is proposed to be held on Thursday, 14 November 2024.

An item of business at the AGM will be the re-election and appointment of directors. In accordance with clause 14.3 of the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Thursday, 3 October 2024.

Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5:00 pm (WST) on Thursday, 3 October 2024.
