Sub: Allotment of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on Private Placement basis

Ref: Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2018

We write you inform you that with reference to the captioned subject and in furtherance to our letter dated 16[th ] May, 2025, intimating the approval of fund raising by the Company through issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures on private placement basis up to an amount of INR 300,00,00,000 (Indian Rupees Three Hundred Crores only).

In this connection, we wish to inform you that the Management Sub-Committee of the Board of the Company had vide Circular Resolution dated June 20, 2025, approved the allotment of 500 (five hundred), unlisted, unrated, senior, secured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures of face value of INR 10,00,000 (Indian Rupees Ten Lakhs Only) each, aggregating up to INR 50,00,00,000 (Indian Rupees Fifty Crores only) as first tranche, by way of a private placement basis to identified investors.
