Ref: Intimation under Reg 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and our disclosure on June 01, 2021.

In continuation of our disclosure under the above Regulations of the outcome of the Board Meeting of Puravankara Limited (“Company”) held on 31.05.2021, we provide the following further information:

1. The company has successfully completed the transaction of sale of shares of its 100% subsidiary- Vagishwari Land Developers Private Limited and received a sum of approx. Rs. 150 Crs from the purchasers of shares namely GBTC II (Asset A) PTE. Ltd. and Godrej Projects Development Limited.

2. Further, the company has also received the outstanding amount of approx. Rs. 350 Crs from Vagishwari Land Developers Private Limited.
