Further to the intimation that Ms. Sonali Rastogi, Non-Executive Independent Director of Puravankara Limited, DIN: 00371091, has resigned as Director of the Company w.e.f. December 31, 2020, on account of personal reason and pre-occupation and that Ms. Sonali Rastogi has confirmed that there are no other material reasons other than those stated the company received requirement for clarification vide your email dated 12.02.2021 “This is with respect to an announcement submitted to the Exchange dated Jan 02,2021, regarding Resignation of Ms Sonali Rastogi as Independent Director of the company w.e.f. December 31, 2020. On basis of above you are required to clarify following1. Confirmation from the Independent Director that there are no material reasons other than that provided”
