As per Regulation 30(2) read with Para A Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed no : P I CTC/S ECT Ll I 12857 4 12020-202 1 dated Smt. Neelima, IAS as Managing Director 06.10.2021 of Part A of Schedule lll of SEBI (LODR) that our holding company vide their letter 12.10.2021 has withdrawn the nomination of of Punjab Communications Limited w.e.f.

Further, through the same letter,they have nominated Smt. Neelima, IAS as Sr. Vice Chairman-cum-Director on the Board as per the provisions of the Memorandum & Articles of Association of the Company in place of Sh. Sibin Chakkyadath, lAS. Accordingly, Sh. Sibin Chakkyadath, IAS ceased to be Sr. Vice-Chairman-cum-Director of the Company w.e"f. 06.10.2021.
